Spinach, Kalamata Olive, And Feta Dip with Lukes Organics Kale Chips
1 bag Lukes Organics Multigrain and Seed Kale Chips
1 cup spinach (chopped)
2 garlic cloves
½ cup grape tomatoes
¼ cup scallions
½ cup kalamata olives
½ cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
Chop spinach, garlic, tomatoes, scallions, and olives and place in a medium size bowl.
Fold feta cheese into mixture, and sprinkle with sea salt.
Gently stir until ingredients are well combined.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over mixture.
Serve with Lukes Organics Multigrain and Seed Kale Chips and enjoy!
