Delicious baked potatoes like French Fries!
1-2 tablespoons organic red palm oil
Preheat oven to 200 C. Peel each potato and slice lengthwise into about 8 wedges. Coat each wedge with a thin layer of oil. Place in a baking dish. Keep wedges separated so that they don't touch one another. Bake for 55 minutes or until outside is crispy and inside soft. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt. You may also use seasoned salt or other seasons such as chili powder or onion powder.
